Appointments and Cancellation Policy

    To make an appointment you can contact us directly by phone, send us an email or fill the enquiry form.

    At least 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to attend without giving this notice will incur a fee of 100% of the consultation fee. An invoice will be posted to your address and must be paid within 10 days of receiving it. Future consultation will only be scheduled when outstanding fees have been paid in full. You can call or email to notify us of any cancellation or if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

    All fees are GST Free and payment is required at the time of the consultation.
